Dixie's Background
Dixie A. Bader is a Crooks, South Dakota native who relocated to Sioux Falls in 1995. She is a NALA Certified Paralegal with 29 years of experience, having worked in the legal field since 1997. Dixie has developed extensive knowledge across a wide range of practice areas, including immigration, family law, estate planning, personal injury, employment law, and probate. She is dedicated to delivering high‑quality work and takes pride in ensuring that every client receives thorough, professional, and attentive support.
Dixie holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from National American University and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Nettleton Career College. She maintains her national certification through NALA, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional excellence and continuing education.
Dixie is actively involved in the paralegal profession and is a long‑standing member of the South Dakota Paralegal Association (SDPA) and NALA and has served the SDPA in numerous leadership roles. She is a two‑time Past President, a two‑time NALA Liaison, and has contributed to many committees throughout her years of service.
Outside of her professional work, Dixie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Alexis. She loves camping, fishing, and boating, and enjoys gardening, traveling, karaoke, and reading.
