Jessi's Background
Jessi Stucke was born and raised in Sheldon, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, and Aberdeen, SD. After completing her secondary education, she lived in Minneapolis, MN for several years before returning home to family in 2005. She began her career as a paralegal in 2014 and has worked exclusively in the private law firm setting. She holds numerous credentials relating to e-discovery, trial practice, and legal research and writing. Her current educational focus is on legal prompt engineering, forensics, and mass document processing and review.
Jessi supports all of the legal teams at Halbach | Szwarc, primarily in civil litigation, employment and labor, family law, intellectual property, and personal injury. She dedicates herself to the paralegal and e-discovery professions through extensive volunteer work. She has served in many leadership roles in the South Dakota Paralegal Association, including two terms as President, and currently serves as Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. She has served as an ACEDS mentor since 2024, leading attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals across the legal field to obtain the internationally accredited CEDS e-discovery credential. Outside of work, Jessi is devoted to her neurodiverse family and she enjoys fine arts, music, gaming, curling, archery, and trapshooting.
