Meet Autumn
Autumn is a South Dakota native, raised in Lake City. She moved in 2008 to Sioux Falls, where she later obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Forensics, graduating summa cum laude from Colorado Technical University. Autumn joined the South Dakota Paralegal Association (SDPA) in 2015 and utilized their study group to self-prepare for the National Association of Legal Assistant’s (NALA) Certified Paralegal exam and earned the CP credential in 2016; received SDPA's Member of the Year Award for 2018-2019; and obtained NALA’s ACP credential in Trial Practice in 2022. Autumn is a Past-President of the SDPA.
As a Paralegal, Autumn supports the litigation team at Halbach | Szwarc Law Firm in civil litigation, employment law, and family law. In her spare time Autumn enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Alfie, and travelling to new places.
